if i wanted to make a chai flavor, do you think i would steep the spices and tea when the base is completed or would i steep in water and use that water to make the oat milk?
Really enjoyed the deep dive and breakdown of all the processes. While I most likely won't be making this, I do appreciate all the work that went into this post. I would love to make this, I just have the equipment and my spouse would kill me if I got more gadgets lol
It was interesting to read about the role each ingredient plays in creating really good vegan ice cream. Thank you for the deep dive and taking the time to explain it all! Now I just have to figure out if I can do all this without refined sugar or dextrose.
